Returns Policy

Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction with every purchase from us. To maintain a respectful and trustworthy relationship, the rules below apply to exchanges and returns.

Exchange or Return Period:

You may request an exchange for another product or return your purchase, subject to the following rules:

1. Requests to exchange or return an order must be submitted within a maximum of 20 calendar days from receipt of the product, through Customer Service via WhatsApp or email available on the website. The right of withdrawal under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC) applies only to products that can be resold. For made-to-measure/customized products, a return is only possible in the event of a defect or if accepted by the company. In the case of a change of mind or leftover material, acceptance is at the discretion of Com Amor Aquarelas and will be assessed by the responsible department; it is not a legal obligation.

2. For a return or exchange, the product must be sealed in its original packaging, including the protective bubble wrap when applicable.

3. Once the packaging has been opened, responsibility for returning the product rests entirely with the customer, including shipping costs. The product must arrive back to us in perfect condition.

Attention: Com Amor Aquarelas reserves the right to review and process returns/exchanges within up to 2 business days from receipt. We are not obliged to accept returns or exchanges that are sent without prior contact with Customer Service, outside the applicable period, damaged, or missing accompanying items.

Shipping Policy

An estimated maximum delivery time is shown at checkout after you enter the delivery ZIP/postal code.

In all circumstances, the delivery period begins only 1 business day after any product customization is completed and payment is approved.

Deliveries are made through road or air freight carriers.

Shipping costs vary according to destination, weight and product volume. To calculate the shipping cost, select the product, click Buy and enter the delivery ZIP/postal code at checkout.

If your order contains products with free shipping, it will appear as “Free Shipping”.

Delivery Times:

• Once your purchase is completed, you will be notified by email;

• You will be notified whether your payment is approved;

• Once your product is dispatched, you will be notified and can track the delivery;

• The delivery period starts only 1 business day after any product customization and payment approval. Delays may occur;

• Delivery time varies by destination and may increase according to the terms and deadlines of third-party carriers;

• Carefully check the ZIP/postal code entered at checkout. An incorrect code may result in an incorrect shipping calculation and may cause the shipment to be returned by the carrier;

• The stated delivery time includes order processing, review and approval of registration data, product customization, payment approval, dispatch and carrier delivery;

Costs:

To check shipping costs, select your preferred products and proceed to checkout. Enter your ZIP/postal code in the indicated field, click OK, and wait for the information about delivery time and shipping cost.

Product Availability:

Product availability depends on the quantity of an item in stock, sales volume and supplier replenishment time.

Track Your Delivery:

To track your delivery, you will receive a tracking code. If you do not receive it, contact our sales team through the WhatsApp number available on the website.
